Exhibitor Information
Exhibitors
for the CSHEMA2000 Conference are now being solicited. This year,
the conference committee has attempted to maximize conference participant
contact time with exhibitors by dedicating a two and one-half hour
block of time on Monday afternoon solely for interaction with exhibitors.
This time will be identified as a "happy hour" with the Conference
Exhibitors with food and beverage. In addition, we plan to utilize
games, such as scavenger hunt or other similar type to increase
contact with exhibitors, with substantial prizes to the winners.
The program for exhibitors this year will be:
Monday, July 17, 2000:
- Exhibitors
set up displays before noon
- 1.5
hour lunch time available for participant interaction with Exhibitors
- 2
- 2.5 hours of dedicated conference happy-hour time for
focused exhibitor-participant interaction on Monday afternoon

The
dedicated block of conference time for exhibitors guarantees participant
focus and increased contact time for exhibitors. The cost for exhibitors
for this year's conference will be $750 per booth. Sponsorships
at the Cardinal, Bronze, Silver and Gold levels include one exhibit
booth, in addition to the other benefits listed, with a paid sponsorship.
Note: Gold, Silver and Bronze Level Sponsors may maintain exhibit displays
for full duration of Conference Activities.
